CPR Station Move Time Lapse Video
What a great experience to be a part of the historical move of the CPR station in Goderich. Laurie McCulloch Building Movers lifted the 400 ton building and moved it 250ft closer to Lake Huron, to become a future restaurant. It took the company just over 3 months to prepare the building and move it to the new location. We time lapsed 4 days of the last 2 weeks of the move, with 4 cameras.

Performers
Nagata Shachu
Nagata Shachu has the unique distinction of being the only group outside of Japan with the sponsorship of four major Japanese drum manufacturers…a testament to their mastery of the art form. In addition to having recorded five CDs of original music and two live DVDs, Nagata Shachu, produces its own annual concert where it premieres new works and collaborates with guest artists.
Featuring an arsenal of taiko (including the massive O-Daiko drum), bamboo flutes, the three-stringed shamisen and an array of gongs, cymbals, shakers and wood blocks, Nagata Shachu will take you on a musical journey beyond all borders.
White Pine Dancers
For the past eight years, Gonrah Desgohwah White Pine Dancers have performed for over 35,000 guests both locally and internationally in some of Southern Ontario’s most celebrated educational venues! Audiences across Southern Ontario and beyond have stated that our performance was not only entertaining, but educational as well. Many audience members commented that they had learned more about First Nations culture during our one hour performance then they had anywhere else! Our performances are interactive as well as colourful and vibrant. Our audiences always come away with a smile on their face, a smile in their spirit and a smile in their hearts…
Maracatu Baque Bamba
is an upbeat Afro Brazilian percussion group that specializes in performing and teaching the spirited cultural tradition celebrated as Maracatu de Baque Virado. The high powered group was founded by the gifted singer/songwriter and percussionist Aline Morales in 2009. Through its lively rhythmic synergy the troupe channels the raw force of the drums to create a dynamic percussive sound. In addition to its musical interpretation of Maracatu and other folkloric rhythms from the northeastern region of Brazil (Ciranda,Coco, Ijexa and more), the collective of local artists explores traditions of song and dance from this region.
